Rossella Derickson is a strategic Human Resources/ Organizational Development leader with over ten years of progressive and diverse experience in coaching leaders, designing and implementing talent and performance management strategy, and translating specific business needs and cultural values into meaningful employee development programs. She is currently working at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (the GSB) in a strategic talent management role. Located in Silicon Valley, the GSB is internationally renowned based on its innovative programs for future business leaders, experienced executives, future academics, and research-focused faculty.

Rossella’s expertise includes design and delivery of leadership and management training, needs assessment, team building, and coaching. Her clients have included Cisco, Phoenix Technology, PARC, eGain, FormFactor, Morrison and Foester, Santa Clara County Executive Office, Amgen, Kodak, and Hitachi. She has international training experience in product sales and leadership.
Rossella is currently serving on the Governing Board of Directors for Northern California Human Resources Association.
